We’re ready to get back to being with others on the brighter days ahead with our spring/summer programme at The Vale, so come and join us to try something different, make new friends and feel good!

Our Space session are completely FREE every Saturday morning 10am – 12:30pm and open to all on a DROP IN basis. Stay for all or just part of the session, all we ask is that children are supervised by their guardian at all times. No experience needed, and refreshments are also provided so drop in for some for a brew and come and have some fun!

Gardening Saturdays

Together we’ll create a wild garden using permaculture gardening techniques to make Our Space eco-friendly and fit for all Mossley birds, bees and everything in-between.

Each week our facilitator Jayne, will share her wealth of knowledge and skills to guide us as we create a beautiful community garden together at The Vale. We’ll start on a small patch and learn how to ‘design a garden’, plant a ‘guild’ and help nature thrive. Expect to be hands on learning new skills and techniques., as we plant, grow, build and make all sorts of mini environments. Some weeks you’ll make a gift for nature like a ‘pond in a pot’, a ‘bee waterfall’ or other mini wonders.

Sessions are outdoors and hands on. We’ll provide gloves, basic equipment and cups of tea. You choose how much and what you want to do and of course, how many biscuits to have with your brew!

Crafty Saturdays

Tired of screen time? Want some together time? Each week one of our amazing team will lead you in a creative activity for adults and children to enjoy together. Activities will be table and floor based, involve paint, glue and other delights. These fun sessions will change weekly and be full of surprises!
