From eccentric rock to cosmic pop to psychedelic funk, you’ll find sonic treats in every flavour at this celebration of the local music scene!

Line up:

Heavy Salad

Heavy Salad was formed in Manchester in Autumn 2018 by Lee Mann on bass and vocals, Rob Glennie on guitar and Allan Hutchison on drums, charged up on a myriad of musical influences from surf rock and free jazz to over driven pop and experimental rock. The band is augmented in the studio and live on stage by the ‘Priestesses’ whose soaring vocals bring a soulful, cosmic vibe to the Heavy Salad sound.  Already championed by BBC 6Music’s legendary DJ Steve Lamacq, the band are currently in the studio working with producers Christophe in Salford (ACR, Spear of Destiny) and Ross Orton in Sheffield (Arctic Monkeys, Drenge, Amyl and The Sniffers).

Jesus Knievel

Jesus Knievel, bending fact and fiction since 2007, the convergence of three lives from the post-nonsense scene that exploded in small town northwest England at the turn of the millennium. In a career punctuated with hiatuses, breakdowns and fleeting moments of brilliance they have managed to self-produce and release 4 albums under their own label, and blazed a live trail across pubs, clubs and bandstands, leaving audiences stunned.

Madame Claude

Madame Claude are a band of vibrant musical tastes, both fierce and smooth in voice and ska-jumping rhythm. Like their name-sake, the famous brothel keeper, they’ll get your heart pumping rapide! If you have the brass, she’ll give you a good time.

Sugar Crease

Sugar Crease are a selection box of musical bangers and have been compared to bands such as Talking Heads and Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band. For folks of rum nature. Originally solely intended as a shed-based experimental 3 piece, 2023 saw the lineup expanded to 6 members to prepare for live performances, culminating in sold out shows around their local Oldham and Tameside area.
