You may have heard our news… we’re busy fundraising to develop The Vale from an old mill building into a high quality arts space for everyone to enjoy.

Since we first opened our doors as a locally-rooted community business in 2014, we’ve hosted cinema nights, gigs, workshops, parties, masterclasses and rehearsals – but now it’s time to grow. In 2021, The Vale will boast arts facilities not found anywhere else in Tameside: dedicated visual arts studios, a new theatre and live music space, and artist accommodation, not to mention desk and studio space to support other local and visiting creatives.
