Become a Friend of The Vale and sponsor a seat to help ensure an incredible arts resource for our local and wider community of creatives.
The Vale is a not-for-profit led venue embedded within the local community, and registered charity number 1190598. In late 2021, we will open the doors of our brand new Northern Carnival Centre of Excellence, and project which has been in the works since 2018.
We have big dreams, and we want to make sure that our venue is really the very best that it can be for our local and wider community of creatives. Striving for excellence, we want our hub to be fitted out with equipment for all kinds of carnival crafts; a high-spec yet intimate live performance and rehearsal venue; suitable storage space for resident artists and arts organisations and a comfortable green room and accommodation space to house renowned performers from across the globe.
By giving, you will contribute towards seeing Vale Mill become a Centre for Carnival Excellence and a community resource for Tameside – the only one of its kind available to the entire borough – and future-proofing our offer to ensure that it is evolving alongside the changing needs of users and demands of our audiences.
X number of seat sponsorships would see the theatre fully specced to standards to host a Youth Jam night. OR would fund a cultural experience for local young people.
Included in this 2 year sponsorship package:
- Receive a certificate of sponsorship and a photograph of your seat
- We will invite you down to break in your seat at our launch event or an event of your choosing
- Have your name credited on our website and digital signage
- Enables priority booking/early release to reserve your seat
- Pre-order your interval drinks and have them brought to your seat if you wish

Upgrade to Best Seat in the House and get all of the above PLUS an invite for you and 3 of your friends, family and colleagues to our launch event; a VIP tour and a complimentary glass of prosecco, wine, beer or a soft drink for each of your upon arrival.
Valid for 2 years.
This tee is made from 100% Certified Organic Cotton and is also PETA-Approved Vegan. 90% Reduced CO2! The carbon footprint was calculated in accordance with BSI PAS2050 methodology, and certified by the Carbon Trust Certifications. The 90% reduction has been achieved by a combination of low-impact organic farming, efficiency in manufacturing and transportation, and the use of renewable energy instead of the fossil fuel based grid electricity.
This garment has a fabric weight of 155 gsm.

All items are send via Royal Mail*. Items over £10 are tracked.
You can choose whether you would like your items shipped or for collection at check out.

*Items shipped directly from our associate artists and bands may use a different carrier.
Need to return your item? No problem!
Wrong size? wrong colour? Something else? Just contact us and we’ll be able to arrange a return for you. Items must be posted back to The Vale within 14 days unsused and in the original packaging (unless faulty).
