This class is dedicated to anyone that’d like to improve their overall well being. The first hour will be dedicated to movement and “groovement” by dancing to fun, easy pace music from all over the world. The final 30 minutes will be dedicated to stretch and strength exercises based on Pilates techniques where we will focus on improving our alignment, breathing, core strengthening, coordination and balance.
