Mossley Morris Men has a long history dating back to the early nineteenth century. In 1890, Mossley danced in The Royal Albert Hall, London at the English Folk Dance and Song Society Festival. They are a traditional Morris side who dance North West Clog Morris who were re-established in 1981 and still dancing in Mossley and beyond 40 years later. Three of the original team still dance with them today..
