Cotton Culture – Printing with Lizzie Rigby

Did you know, our home Vale Mill once produced award winning quality textiles and were innovators in their industry! Our recent heritage project Cotton Culture, helped us to unpick our textile rich past and gave us plenty of inspiration for fun creative workshops for you and your family.

Let our resident artist, Lizzie Rigby tell you more and help you make your own gorgeous mini wall hanging using colourful water-based ink and cotton.

All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring along unusual and interesting items to make marks with! Suitable for all ages.
