This class is dedicated to anyone that’d like to improve their overall well being. The first hour will be dedicated to movement and “groovement” by dancing to fun, easy pace music from all over the world. The final 30 minutes will be dedicated to stretch and strength exercises based on Pilates techniques where we will focus on improving our alignment, breathing, core strengthening, coordination and balance. Let’s go with the flow!!!
Adriana Rosso brings her unique mix of skill, passion and uplifting enthusiasm into every session. Originally from Brazil and living in Manchester for more than a decade (while also dancing her way across the globe), Adriana will guide you to move your body to music, have fun and feel good.

No previous experience needed.
Fee: £5 a session.
(We don’t think money should be barrier to your good health and participation, so if £5 is too much for your personal situation, please pay what you can. We know our Vale community values our offer and will appreciate that every payment combines to ensures we can continue to offer great sessions.)
Clothing: comfortable to move and stretch in.
Shoes: trainers or similar and please bring a yoga mat or large towel for the floor based cool down/Pilates part.
