On Saturday 12th November The Vale in Mossley will have a special screening of Pink Floyd’s – The Wall.
This will be an evening to celebrate all things Floyd but also in remembrance of the fall of the Berlin wall (9th November 1989).
We are calling out to musicians and artists who would like to present a piece of Pink Floyd as part of these celebrations.
Musicians will of course gain free entrance into the screening, get access to an interesting rider (including alcohol) and have the opportunity to contribute to a lovely evening with like-minded folk.
All proceeds from the event will contribute to the Incredible Plastic Street Band, enabling young people in Tameside first access to high quality music making.
If you are an artist who is interested in contributing we would love to hear from you! We want to hear from solo musicians and collectives / bands and artists of any discipline. This could be a cover of your favorite Floyd tune or perhaps an entirely unique approach to presenting their work.
